John and his crew at Kelly Green are great to work with. We had a mystery leak in our backyard that needed immediate attention and his team were there to assess the situation and provide a few options to consider. What I liked best about their approach is they were thoughtful with my budget and provide a path of solutions that were based on investment to repair ratio and not overpricing me for repairs that weren't needed. They finished on time and under budget for our needs. Highly recommend John and the team.
Hired him primarily to do weekly maintenance with an up front project to trim a few plants and replace a few that had died. Then he ditched me. He took the pricey payment for the up front work and never showed for the weekly maintenance. He told me that he had lost some crew and couldn't manage it, sorry. John was very easy to work with, responsive and communicative during project, and his pricing was competitive. He wasn't pushy with sales tactics- he was respectful of my budget, and we easily came to agreements on steps to take forward in project. Overall, a great experience and I recommend Kelly Green without hesitation.
We hired Kelly Green to do a sizable backyard/ slope refresh. John, Uriel and the crew were super professional and super responsive. The crew showed up on time everyday and cleaned up every evening. We are thrilled with the end result and highly recommend them!
