I paid for a full year of service upfront and now regret it. I have had to call to obtain 3 of the 7 services prior to now. Currently, I have called 3 times and never get a return call or any type of notice of upcoming service. I feel scammed regardless of what was supposed to be a great reputation. Why! I received a bill for services not provided. They did not show up June 21 or June 23, 2025. They emailed me a bill of $163 ,on August 1, 2025. I have reached out and left a message but no call back. No one answers the phone or returns phone calls and now their voice mail is full. I won't pay for services not delivered
