I contacted Kelly Green Construction via email regarding an installation of a door. I was asked a few questions and give a quote. I scheduled a date for the installation of the door. When they arrived - we were told that the door ordered was 2 inches smaller and it would cost $150.00 more than the prices quoted and for them to put back the storm door it would be an additional $75.00. Lashaunna contacted me via email with a very general description of her project. I gave her my best estimate of cost based on what she told me about her project without seeing it. I never had an opportunity to look at the project, so it was in fact an estimate! When I got to her house & measured the door she ordered it was 2" smaller on both sides than the existing door.
