Worked with Deb in the East Longmeadow office on our new home build for our windows and doors. She is the most rude, jarring, condescending person I have ever met. Does she speak to everyone like this? You want someone with patience who is going to provide you with options and walk you through the experience and guide you not someone who is going to talk to you like you’re an idiot. Trust me, stay far away from her if you know what’s good for you.
My wife and I recently finished a kitchen remodel which included new kitchen cabinets, countertop, backsplash and appliances. After interviewing several kitchen remodel stores we chose Kelly Fradet.
