Dr. Felps was great nurse was great. But the front staff including the office manager man they really don’t care about the patient I kept being told for 3 day that they had sent my insulin prescription to my pharmacy and kept blaming the pharmacy for not receiving the prescription. I'm active duty and tried to get help. I had issues with referrals being refused to be put in and ignored for days on end with no communication by deanna. I asked for the communication to please be better for my peace of mind and I was hung up on by amanda. I asked if this could be better moving forward and instead dr felps terminated services leaving me with no help without asking what happened. I'm disappointed as I liked him and crystal.
