The receptionist’s attitude was rude and dismissive. After hanging up I was upset and felt unheard after she questioned a referral directly from my dentist, even though she’s NOT the orthodontist. Completely out of line. I honestly hope she reflects on her attitude toward others, because that kind of negativity doesn’t just impact patients — it impacts her, as well as the business she works for too. No one deserves to be treated that way, and no one deserves to carry that much negativity around every day either.
Maria went above the call of duty. My daughter desperately wanted her braces off before prom. Maria worked her magic and got her into a packed schedule. Throughout the process the Kelly’s were always punctual, informative, and kind. Most importantly, Olivia’s smile is perfect. It’s actually incredible from where she started.
Kelly Family Orthodontics provide the best orthodontic care in the area. After consulting with other practices in the area, I chose this practice with ease.
