Wow! I don't normally write reviews but I have never experienced such rudeness when trying to schedule an appointment in my life. I was calling to schedule an appointment as a new patient and spoke with "Ms. Evans" and she was EXTREMELY rude. I read previous comments about the rude staff but I don't normally take reviews that seriously. Well take these reviews seriously!!! Dr. Kelly is a nice lady, but her staff, or more specifically, her front desk receptionist is extremely unprofessional, rude, condescending, lazy, and flat out does not care. There have been many times that I have called during normal business hours trying to make an appointment, but no one would answer the calls, nor would she return the phone calls after numerous voicemails. She has even hung up on me after they have overcharged us and I was trying to get a refund - she did so in such a fashion that you would think she con... read more
Dr. Kelly is a great doctor, it's just a shame she has an AWFUL front office staff! The receptionist is unbelievably rude, snide and never any help with anything. You'll be put on hold for up to 10 minutes without ever being asked to be put on hold. The office is so bad that as much as I enjoyed Dr. Kelly as my doctor, I will never, never, never step foot in her office again.
Dr Kelly has been our family Dr for over 30 years , we moved to Tyler Tx 21 years ago and still drive to Allen just to see her . The Staff has always been grate .
