I’ve enjoyed working with Kelly and his team. He does a great job managing the project, the quality has been good, and any that didn’t meet expectations was fixed promptly. Even after close, Kelly has been very responsive with things that have come up and quick to fix without any hastle. Coming into the new build process I had many reservations from bad family experience with another builder, but Kelly did great!
I have been in real estate for a long time and bought personally a Kelly Dunn home. Things buyers really want is the quality of the home, which I am very pleased with, and if I needed something done, they have it done right away. The home was finished on time, which was very important to us too. I have worked with other builders, and I am very pleased with Kelly Dunn!
Kelly went above and beyond in meeting all of our needs regardless the size of the issues. He was great to work with and understanding of our vision in making our dream home come true. I highly recommend him to others no matter the type of job one is seeking. Definitely 5 stars!!

KDC has the attention to detail and level of customer service you'd expect from one of the top builders in the area. The owner is quick with communication and there are people available to help walk you through the building process from start to finish. Would highly recommend!
