I had the misfortune of being seen by Dr. Iduama Keyyey-Dokubo at Huntington Hospital. I went to the emergency room after experiencing chest pain. I shared previous medical information from UCLA and after tests results came back, he disagreed. I took what he said with a grain of salt and figured I would follow up with my own doctor after my request for a second opinion was not honored. His Bedside manner is terrible. Polite, respectful, all around good doctor.
I was refer to him from my health insurance medical group. Schedule an appointment a month before my appointment. His office didn't contact me communicate with my before my appointment. Had me complete forms, the nurse take my vitals, than Dr. Kelly-Dokubo refused to treat me as a new patient. His bed side manner is unacceptable. I don't recommend to a friend.
Dr. Kelly-Dokubo is an awesome Cardiologist who takes his time to listen. He understands the importance of doctor/patient relationship and provides utmost care and makes sure the problem is resolved. He gets things done!
Dr Kelly was my parents doctor. He was wonderful & caring with them both. I will always be grateful to him!
