Kelly did it again!! We looked at a house Friday, had an accepted offer on it by Sunday. The listing on our house in Sherwood went live on Wednesday and by Sunday we had a fully accepted offer!! 1 week from accepted offer to accepted offer!! She's amazing! 7 years ago she got us offers on both of the houses we were selling and on the one we're selling now in a week!!
