Kelly Davies and her team knocked it out of the park! Her recommended listing price was exactly what the appraiser suggested. Kelly Davies showed up personally to our first visit (with cookies!) at the home and was very responsive when we had questions afterwards. We were first time sellers and Kelly and her team did such a great job with photos, listing and keeping us on track with the step by step selling process. Highly recommend! They did such a great job, we sold the house in less than a week!
