I found the staff to be extremely unhelpful and uneducated and unempathic. They will make changes to your surgery and health care plan without telling you. BJC and Wash U communicate between each other like divorced parents who hate each other and will only communicate through a parenting app. They will not advocate for you. You will met Dr. Currie all of 5 minutes. They made billing errors in my case that have not been corrected and are causing me issues with my insurance company still almost a year out from surgery. Dr. Currie is an amazing doctor. She truly cares about her patients and wants nothing but the best for them. I have never had a doctor who listens so closely. I would recommend her a million times over. :)
Dr. Currie takes time to listen it's not about just performing the surgery. Her compassion is great. She wants to make sure she is overall doing what is best for her patient. The staff in the office is wonderful and patient also overall a great team the deserve a 5+++
