My poor mom is a hostage in her home because Kelly Cove has taken an unreasonable amount of time to install her stairglide. She was approved in February. It's almost June. They don't return calls and actually appear to avoid contact. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Kelly Cove was contracted through the VA to install a ramp for our house. Their rep came, took the measurements, showed us a sketch of some options, and then got things in motion. But nearly three months later, nothing. The VA says they paid for the ramp already. Multiple follow-up calls resulted in...nothing. Did Kelly Cove lose the paper work? Was there a miscommunication between them and the VA? Did Kelly Cove take the money and run? No one knows, since, according to the VA, Kelly Cove stopped returning their calls. The c... read more

This company installed a stair glide in my house in Marland through a disability program for my daughter. They only have a ONE year limited warranty, which is fine. The problem came when I tried to contact them for a service call, after it stopped working 3yrs later and they NEVER RESPONDED! I also had someone from the disability program reach out to them and they wouldn't initially respond to them either!
