He start a job but does not finish it. He has your money and runs. I have talk to other people he he did jobs for and did the same thing. I will report him to the BBB and take him to small claim court if I county money back.
Mike installed new windows in my home. Because I am on a budget, he worked with me to install a few at a time at an affordable price. The windows are very nice and of good quality. He caulked and trimmed out the windows very nicely and they look so much better than the builder's grade windows that came with the house.
