Receptionist at check in was very polite and efficient . Nurses and Dr. Grow was very polite and took time to listen to my issues and came up with a plan . Would highly recommend this office to anyone .
Dr Kelly Grow is the consummate, bright, professional. I have always seen her and would never see anyone else. Great staff too.
Misdiagnosed my mother now my mom is dead
Come in needing a sphincter muscle surgery and Kelly just told me to take more fiber. Back in the office 2 weeks later begging for help, a nurse listened to me better and set me up for some tests that grow should have set up in the first appt with my history. I felt very abandoned talking to Grow, she did not seem to understand how serious my condition has been and just dismissed it as needing more fiber when it's an inflamed muscle for sure.
