This is the second time we are charged for a 5min visit to acknowledge a leak from our pump and a pool light not working/ we called for them, there was no need for that but for action! He came, covered and uncovered the pool, 5min, 132$ …Then sent an estimate for changing the light 1190$!!! Plus the cost of the 5 min! We had an appointment today and they told us our person was on vacation and would not be back for two weeks. Told the soonest we could get someone out here was in two days. Would not confirm to a time other than to say sometime “likely mid-afternoon in a three hour window.” No apology. No interest whatsoever in customer service. When I called back to cancel the appointment was met with an extremely rude and indifferent representative who just said “okay” before hanging up.
