Hired them to install a water line on a commercial site and they did a great job. Jim Kelly is a man of his words.
THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR VENDORS !!!!!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS. WITH THIS COMPANY
This is the most unprofessional company I've ever encountered. They shut my water off while working on a street next to my house without any notice. When I went to go turn it back on, they started swearing and they got into a heated yelling argument with me. They then proceeded to cut the cable line to my house underground during a pandemic where we are all working from home. When asked about it, the guy shrugged and told me to call Spectrum.

I was passing through a street that a Kelly's construction vehicle was parked on the wrong side of the road, another vehicle pulled up on the opposite side of the road now blocking traffic to the street, I patiently waited for their conversation to end and move the small vehicle.. They acknowledged I was there and did nothing... I got out to politely ask them to move the vehicle so I could get through and was yelled at I told I should go off-road to get around them!!!
