Dr. Benabou is one of the kindest, most compassionate doctors I've ever met. She makes me feel heard, understood and genuinely cares about her patients. I have nothing but wonderful things to say and I'm so happy my ob/gyn referred me to her! She's truly a gem!
When I say Dr. Benabou saved my life, I’m not exaggerating. I have a very severe level of endometriosis and after multiple surgeries, procedures, medications, and doctors (many of whom just didn’t listen), I found Dr. Benabou. Final edit: I spoke with Baystate’s team, no resolution. Was informed that my telling the doctor I was moving to Boston was interpreted as cancellation of my care. Also being blamed for getting my MRI elsewhere. Horrible, ineffective communication that cost me months of pain.
