This place is so perfect. It was my first time and I was amazed by how pink and stylish the boutique was! Very well organized and taken care of. Kelly is also the highlight of this place! Very welcoming and generous, one of the kindest beauticians I’ve went to in Seattle. I got my first ever brow tint + lamination by her today.
