Kelly Is always very professional, knowledgeable, and listens to all of my concerns. It is never pleasant getting an injection in my shoulder, however, she does an excellent job making it much more tolerable and as pain-free as possible. I really like my visits with her.
Kelly Kruse is an outstanding medical provider. I've seen her for over 10 years and trust as well value her opinion. The facilities are excellent. However, I have a major complaint with the administrative process incorporated by RSFH. The limited time allotted for the appointment did not allow sufficient time to adequately discuss my condition and treatment options. Very organized and friendly. Over the years I’ve been seeing her rarely any waiting time. I had tried several doctors before seeing Kelly my shoulder was hurting and now years later it works well with very little pain and surgery was avoided because of my age mid 80’s.
