The worse Repair Servicer Company to deal with. They came out were going to order part for my dishwasher. They were to get back to me in a few days to let me know the status. Its been over 2 weeks no return call. I called them 4 times and no call back.
Excellent response to repair our refrigerator/freezer. Timely service. On arrival on 7/8/2021, the serviceman was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. Completed the repair promptly and at a very reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I took a half day off work today and I've been sitting for 5 hours ans no call no show from anyone! I left a voicemail at the office and called 2 other times. Whirlpool set this up and when I called them they didn't have any info. I made arrangements with work and for my child today. I have things to do! My washer is STILL BROKEN and now nothing can be done until Monday. It is 5:23 and my time was 1-5. I guess they could still show up but I'm not holding my breath. Who does this?
