Very pleased. Joe arrived for a repair authorized by a Frigidaire recall. He identified the issue and carefully disassembled the unit to properly install the replacement part. Explained what he was doing along the way. I'd have him back to the house for a future repair if needed. Competent and just a nice guy.
Repair technician came 3 times under warranty from Frigidaire, could not fix the problem. When Frigidaire asked for the tech to call into the tech department to verify work completed, they refused, saying it wasn't their job to do that. What? What is your job then? They said Frigidaire would have to call them. Well, they tried many times and only got voice mail. Every time someone calls, it goes to a robot voicemail. Ridiculous. Excellent response to repair our refrigerator/freezer. Timely service. On arrival on 7/8/2021, the serviceman was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. Completed the repair promptly and at a very reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I took a half day off work today and I've been sitting for 5 hours ans no call no show from anyone! I left a voicemail at the office and called 2 other times. Whirlpool set this up and when I called them they didn't have any info. I made arrangements with work and for my child today. I have things to do! My washer is STILL BROKEN and now nothing can be done until Monday. It is 5:23 and my time was 1-5. I guess they could still show up but I'm not holding my breath. Who does this?
I wouldn't give this company a single star if I didn't have to. I have 3 experiences with this company and all of them have been terrible! My dryer vent light is on and my dryer smells like its going to catch on fire and they seem to think that " clearing the codes " and ordering me a new lint vent ( because my prior vent was melted) will fix the solution. Don't use this company, they came to my house and looked at my refrigerator and never came back to fix it, call them and left messages and they never called back.
