Great Doctor, she pays attention to details. And a great personality.
Life saver after a yr of being passed around and treated like I was just crazy,lazy,substance abuse or eating disorder... Dr Spratt gave me my answers within just a couple of minutes of meeting!! I'm none is those Things.... I have severe pot's/ist/oh... the day she prescribed ivabradine by anxiety went away because it wasn't anxiety at all it was my obnoxiously high heartrate....I wish she would build a dysautonomia, Autonomic dysfunction and pots research group!!
Do NOT see Dr. Kelly Spratt if you have POTS, EDS, MCAS, or any other medically complex diagnosis. She does not know (or care) to properly treat it and I personally know of several of her patients winding up with multiple hospitalizations due to her lack of care. She does not listen to her patients, her staff will treat you terribly, and she won't follow up with the hospital staff when you wind up there.
Nearly every day I'm reminded of how lucky I am to have Dr. Spratt be the first doctor I saw for POTs and Dysautonomia. Being in this community has exposed me to so many horror stories of doctors not taking their patient's disabling condition seriously because of their own ignorance. Dr. Spratt is awesome! She understood right away and asked considerate and validating questions that made me feel like I was in the right hands, immediately. She knows and can treat dysautonomia! That is so rare and I am so grateful.
