Kelly is an amazing provider. I never had an issue getting an appointment. She is extremely thorough and I never leave the office feeling like we haven’t covered everything. She is kind, compassionate and extremely friendly. I have recommended several family and friends to her. If I leave and forget to ask her something I send a message via the portal and they get right back to me, even in the weekends.
Fine doctor to use in my experience but good luck getting an appointment. You can have an appointment set for 3 months ahead of time and then they will call 2 days prior saying she will not be in the office. I guess Penn Medicine does part time work.
She'll give you lots of scripts and referrals. She has no common sense. To cut anxiety meds 1/2 the day I quit smoking cold turkey 25 cigs per day for 25 year because it will help with cholesterol levels? Which my new Dr. told me wasn't true. If I was a stable person I would have jumped off a bridge. I suffered tremendously until new doctor put me back on meds immediately. I questioned her 3x in the office that day and she told me I'd be fine. I thought about using her for malpractice.
