You can never get through to them and they never call back!!! This is unacceptable! They aren't that busy, I've taken my mother here before!!!
My mom has diabetes. She was waiting for the appointment for a few months! Last week someone called to confirm, I confirmed the appointment. Today was the appointment date, I called them for the address and the guy informed me the appointment was canceled because they didn’t receive a lab results??? We did the lab work last week!!! How should I know they didn’t receive it??? Now she’s without medication because of irresponsible staff! He was SUPER RUDE on the phone as well! Unacceptable!
The best doctor experience I’ve had in many years. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and took time with me. I did not feel rushed. Interaction was awesome.
Dr. Lftus is one of the best dr. I have had she takes her time does not rush you and best of all she listen's to you
The office staff is definitely not the best some of them are Nice and some are Very Rude!! But the Doctor Kelly Loftus is Very Nice and Very professional! She works to get prescriptions refilled even on the weekends!! I was out of a prescription on a Sunday I requested refills on there app within a couple of hours CVS was telling me it was ready to be picked up!
