Zero stars. I went to this therapist hoping to improve my relationship, but instead, it ended up falling apart because of her advice. She claimed to be an expert, but the guidance she gave was not only unhelpful but also damaging. She encouraged unhealthy communication patterns and made me feel guilty for expressing concerns about my partner’s behavior.
