Dr. Hicks was always so nice to me. I became diabetic at age 10, Im 20 years old now. She was my only doctor growing up and I never wanted to change because she was always so nice and kind to me even though I was sometimes shy and awkward. She was also nice to my parents even though they only spoke spanish and needed translators. She took care of my needs and educated me on Diabetes at such a young age. 100% recommend her

Dr. Hicks manages my son’s congenital hypothyroidism. She is kind, thoughtful, and diligent. Her office runs on time and we love going to west campus so much more than the Medical Center location. She does what’s best for the patient, and cares about your child’s well being. I’m so happy we found her.

Dr. Hicks is the best!!! Super nice, patient and professional. Talk to you like your friend, show real care for your concerns, try to explain every detail. Quick response to every question and request. Unlike some other doctors - they show a very warm face but they actually don’t remember you, Dr. Hicks remembers your past and current situation like your friend. She shows real passion for her work and her patient! Her staff team is also super nice and try to help you in every aspect.
