Worst office customer care I have ever seen in the many places around the country we have been stationed at. Made appointment for my son to be seen as new patient. Didn’t take him to school in the morning for the appointment and when I arrived the front desk told me they had re-scheduled me 3 months from today. Lady told me they sent a text to notify me but I explained I never received any notification. Dr. Duggin is the best. She’s warm, compassionate, and truly listens + cares. It can be challenging to get an appointment with her and, sometimes, there’s quite a wait on the day of appointment. It’s not ideal and the practice should work to figure out a solution for this. However, I’m unwilling to leave because Dr. Duggin is wonderful.
Dr. Duggin does a great job at being a Dr. and a normal Human during your visit. She talks medicine and real life which is nice. She does a great job keeping the appt. Moving while also giving you time to express any concerns you have. She provides many options and does a great job of not being judgmental or just pushing meds meds meds which I appreciate. I always leave feeling good about myself and my health. We need more good Dr.’s and I’m lucky to have a great one.
She listens, no rush.... like the docs I remember from when I was younger.
