Always great service, great units and a great time!!!
Rented their RV for a 12 day road trip. Staff are super nice and had some issues with the RV, txt’ed them to ask (as they suggested, even did a test txt at pick up to make sure my number was in their system) and never a reply. Problems with the RV included (1) a broken oven, after 3 YouTube videos we finally gave up trying to get it light and threw out the food requiring it for cooking. Unbelievable service. Highly recommend and will rent from again in the future.
First time renting a camper van. We thought it's was a sweet set up, but once we got to it destination, none of the zippers to create privacy or bug netting worked, with the exception of the net zipper on the back of the van. Not a deal breaker from renting the van, but it would have been better to have not had the surprise when we reached our destination. Everything else was great. The van and all other features functioned great.
