If you’re thinking about renting from a Seldin-managed property. RUN. I’ve experienced unannounced entries into my home (including while I was coming out of the shower), fake washer/dryer billing from a third-party company I never authorized, and work orders that vanish into thin air when they don’t feel like fixing something or want to evict you. The house is old and dirty, with no proper maintenance or service. Despite this, the rent was increased by $800 this year, which is unreasonable. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, I was met with a level of unprofessionalism when I was seeking assistance from the office. The office worker was rude, dismissive and unhelpful. This interaction left me feeling anxious, upset and disrespected which has caused me undue stress and crying. I understand that everyone can have difficult days, but the conduct I experienced was not only inappropriate but also harmful to my well-being.
