Old man at security always takes 1 hour to just get you in, even today I was just alone there, yesterday it took me 2 hours to get through security gates and he talks very rude and always say bad words in his mouth and one of your shunter never help whenever asked he just ignore you and always go to break and he also drop trailers very close to other trailers and very high trailers we can’t even hook please do something thank you
Old security gentleman takes too long even if you are the only one to enter sometimes it takes 45-60 minutes to just get into the building. Now we are waiting on the street and people are honking at us ITS NOT SAFE AT ALL and one shunter guy never helps u out whenever u ask for help he always ignore you and just go to his break and he also drop trailers near to other trailers please look into these matters ASAP

THE SHUNTER AT LOCATIONS ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL . THEY ALWAYS DROP THE TRAILERS TOO CLOSE AND HIGH TO EACH OTHER AND WHEN YOU ASK FOR HELP THEY DENY … AND AT SECURITY THE OLD GENTLEMEN ALWAYS FOR CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT ALMOST ONE HOUR WASTED.. MANAGEMENT PLS LOOK INTO THIS MATTER…

While most of the security team is efficient and respectful of drivers’ time, there is one individual—an older gentleman—who consistently takes significantly longer than expected during both entry and exit checks.
