Rick was done with his last job of the day, and turned around to to come to my house to complete an emergency repair. He was so helpful and provided great customer service!
The A Team of Rich and Sean did an outstanding of installing two outside storm doors. They were very friendly and respectful of my time. They called and told me when they would be here and they were on time. Kellogg is lucky to have these two men and I was lucky to have them. If I need any other doors or windows, you will be called. A customer for life.
Rick and Sean both did a great job with our windows and sliding glass doors. They were kind, courteous, and professional.
Rick was top notch! He was extremely professional. Quickly diagnosed the issue, completed install and provided preventative maintenance information. Will definatly put Rick on speed dial for all things windows and doors!
