All I got was a spa acrylic pedicure and they charged me 145$! I think that it’s outrageous for just a pedicure. I cried for 20 min after because that’s an insane amount of money for acrylic toes. Will not be coming back and would love to get my money back.

Poorly done pedicure. It was rushed and only lasted 15 minutes. I understand they are short staffed but shouldn’t customer care be a priority? I don’t recommend this place for any person of color. She did a shoddy job and I’m so angry. You will think in this economy, they will prioritize quality but they don’t. I had gone to Cute Nail Spa for a men's pedicure and was injured. The technician said it was a hang nail, but she cut deeply and I ended up in pain. I visited Kellogg Nails Spa today and the technician was fantastic. She was able to "clean up" the injured areas and remove and ingrown nails without causing injury and without drawing blood. Every time I have visited there, I have received excellent service and the technicians are skilled and friendly. Pricing is reasonable as well. This salon exceeded my expectations. I felt pampered and very relaxed during my pedicure. The nail tech took her time and prepped my nails perfectly. I was given a stamp card at the end which was nice, it incentivizes their customers to visit again…which I will definitely be doing! The whole place was super clean and organized, which is appreciated.
