Terrible practice as well as the one in Novi. Rude, not helpful can’t get an appointment even with an eye problem. Given incorrect diagnosis over and over. Save yourself the time and energy and not go to these locations. I can not speak about the Ann Arbor location.
We only visited once so far but I definitely prefer this location over the Ann Arbor location. Ypsilanti as a second choice. Parking is pretty good. Ann Arbor has a more kid-centered main waiting room but is ALWAYS packed. This waiting room here was clean and there was much less waiting. We were 30 minutes early and they called us in at exactly our appointment time. We were seen promptly, almost no waiting in the room, staff was pleasant, and they gave her the dilation drops and then sent us to another waiting room. We waite... read more
