We only visited once so far but I definitely prefer this location over the Ann Arbor location. Ypsilanti as a second choice. Parking is pretty good. Ann Arbor has a more kid-centered main waiting room but is ALWAYS packed. This waiting room here was clean and there was much less waiting. We were 30 minutes early and they called us in at exactly our appointment time. Been going to this location the past few years for all my eyeglass needs. They're always very respectful and welcoming. By far my favorite eyeglass shop I've been to.
I have visited this optical shop for the last couple of years and prefer it over the Ann Arbor location due to the open space and pleasant staff. Shopping for glasses is hard, and I am grateful the staff are kind enough to offer their opinion when I have requested it for what suits my face for the last two eye glasses I have purchased with them!
