The staff at this office is poorly informed, poorly trained, and otherwise apathetic to research or even glancing at patient charts before an appointment. My child has several neurological concerns including autism, ADHD, and seizures. The medical staff exposed my son to eye drops which in some cases can causes convulsive seizures as well as flashing light eye tests without confirming or, as we found out during the appointment, even checking his chart to see what his seizure triggers are.
