it seems that Kellogg Construction strikes again - poor workmanship, nevers lives up to his promises and never finishes the job as his add stated - i have a kitchen floor that has separated, glued the floor instead of doing it the correct way and there is always a different work force - I would never hire this company for anything again
Do not use this company – This company put tile in our home as part of insurance restoration work. They used glue under the backerboard rather than thinset and did not tape the joints, voiding the warranty. Mr. Quakenbush assured us he would redo it at his expense. Now we have been given an invoice that is much higher than the quote we were given for this tile work and other work. Worst customer service ever! Poor quality roofing – We had this company reccommended to us by our home insurer for roof damage from storms. They did the back of our roof in 2009 and did a fairly decent job. After the May 2010 storms, we had damage to the front of the roof so we went with them again. BAD IDEA!!! The front of the roof looks less than professional, we have numerous leaks around our dormers and despite trying to get someone to do something since November 2010, we still have leaks - more now than ever.
