I've had my Car loan here for 4yrs now and needed to request a "SKIP PAYMENT" was good to go right away. Went in and paid the $40 fee charge only to find the fund were being withdrawn on my due date. I called them right away and I was advice they would speak to accounting department and get this turned around and they would call or email me right away and i have yet to hear back from anyone.
