Go somewhere else! Never doing business with these people again. They "lost" my debit card in the mail, apparently they lose a lot because they have a 3 month backlog on "lost" debit cards. How does one lose so many cards? Even they don't know. After 4 months, half a dozen visits, strange harassing phone calls from their staff (which from other reviews is standard practice) and did I get a working debit card.....nope. Either this bank suddenly forgot how to bank or they are defrauding their customers. Either way STAY AWAY.
This bank is so garbage and the employees are super rude and snobby this is the same reason I will no longer be using Kellogg as a bank
Whatever you do don't go inside! use the drive thru, online banking, anything but inside. Like most customers service jobs they shuffle the least competent and reliable people to the least important jobs, front desk clerk is that job in this case. They lost me new debit card in the mail and I had to go in 4 times to get it fixed. Three times more than it should if you ask me. I am not a member but KCCU has the best . Always well maintained. Have never had a machine not working.
