The worst credit union I have ever dealt with. Charged a $30 late fee to a senior citizen over a ten cent shortage. Difficult to work with on the phone to the point of being rude and frankly don't care. Zero personal attention. There are several better credit unions to invest with.
I had an excellent experience buying my first home thanks to my loan officer David Olson at KCCU! He was incredibly nice, very informative, and just overall went way above and beyond. David made sure I was doing everything properly, and worked with me through a tree falling on the house mid-process with understanding and guidance! I can't thank him enough and would highly recommend KCCU to any first time home buyer!
