I will change my rating if you are not the Dr Ann Kellogg who litigated against our small non profit local health provider, South Coast Community Health Center. This vital local health facility is now forced to close its doors due to both mismanagement and impending litigation. There is no option for most of us as alternate providers are not available. Shame on you Dr. Kellogg. Try to remember why you became a doctor in the first place.
Very friendly and caring, explains conditions well, asks questions to make sure she has all information needed for continued care. Does not rush you, very patient when you ask questions, or don't understand something. Explains what she is doing and why. Highly recommend her!
