Mike was the best landlord! Always easy to talk to, responsive, and helpful! It was very appreciated in a college town full of predatory rental companies. He's also a stand up guy, and was very kind and accommodating when I asked to leave my lease early to be with my pregnant partner. Couldn't recommend enough!
