I rented from kellner rental properties for 3 years and have to say Mike was the best landlord I've ever had. Always takes care of concerns in a timely manner and will help out in any way he can. If you are trying to find somewhere to rent in Champaign/Urbana I highly recommend Kellners

We rented for one semester here and found the apartment to be our best choice. It was a two bedroom with two bathrooms and large enough to afford good privacy. Did not ever have a problem with noise and it’s right on the bus line to get to the university. Mike is a good landlord and very easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

I lived here for three years. Its a really great location, especially for students or someone who works on campus. Right on the bus line. The apartment is spacious and decently priced for the area. Mike was easily accessible and quick to respond to maintenance issues. Great place to live!

I lived in one of their apartments near campus for 3 years (until I graduated). The units are very spacious, furnished, and pet-friendly with its own parking lot and very reasonable rates. The location is also very convenient. The building is right along a few bus lines, notably the 22 N/S which runs very frequently and right through campus, and it is a 15-minute walk to Siebel Center and right next to a Dollar General convenience store.
