DO NOT USE JEFF KILLNER CONSTRUCTION (JFK Construction) he is only about ripping you off and will short cut you on every level....he has screwed our company and doesnt even do any work he subs it out and cuts many coroners. Be aware and dont let him talk his way into your next job..
As a handyman, I have been correcting many of the electrical and mechanical mistakes that Jeff Kellner had done in one of my client's remodels. In the kitchen, he cut EVERY ground wire off in EVERY junction box. It took me a full day to reattach all the grounds. In the master bedroom, he wired the ceiling fan so both the neutral and hot conductors came off the hot lead of a switch. No wonder the fan did not operate. Avoid Jeffery Kellner or JFK Construction. We definitely picked the wrong guy. When he is trying to get you to hire him, he tells you everything you want to hear. "Either I or my partner will be on the job every day". It turns out that he doesn't have a partner, and he is never on the job. He may show up for 10 to 15 minutes in the morning. Or he will show up and pick up around the site when he wants his draw check. "We keep an immaculate job site". Absolute BS!!
