BUYER BEWARE!!! They state "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED", but that is not the fact whatsoever!!! I purchased food items that had were from the January (2023) catalog and that the item was "New Arrival, On Sale". The item is delivered with an expiration date in March! I had ordered an item for resale in my shop and two other items to give my customers as gifts. I received a notice from company that they had cancelled two of my items (the gift ones) because I was not allowed to re-sell them. Never once asked me my intent, just removed them from my order. THEN informed me that the one item I did want to resell was now below their MOQ and gosh..."what do I want to do?" Ummm....yeah. CANCEL that & I'm never ordering from you again.

Seem like nice people, but if you try to order certain products for half the year, they fall on their face. I get excuses about weather, days of the week, etc. Got charged over $200 to ship some changemaker boxes of chocolates, gave them a 2nd chance, read the post on their site about ordering chocolates by 6/21 for summer, placed my order and got a call today that they couldn't ship the candy with a few different excuses. BEWARE, this company will not return your money or out of stock order! I am a business owner and placed an order with this company, when I placed the order, EVERYTHING, that I picked STATED it was in STOCK. It wasn't until the package arrived that we found out that some items were missing and broken. It STATES that customers MUST call within 5 days, well this business called within the grace period. Please help looking for this bear for my son he loves the bear and dropped him at a hotel and we cannot find him. My sons name is Jackson and he just turned one and had to spend his first night without his bear last night. I will do almost anything to find him this bear. Thank you for the help!
