Gave them a call after my bad experiences with other repair places in Valdosta. The lady was very friendly. She told me that I could have my own personal appointment and that my iPhone would be fixed right in front of me. I liked the idea so I asked where they were located. She told me that she would meet me wherever I wanted and do the repair on location. I had her meet me in the lounge at my job.
