Listened well, very thoughtful, took in the minor details and completed all the tasks that I needed done for my prescriptions
Kelli was very patient, kind and compassionate as she discussed with my 93 year-old mother about the importance of having end of life and advanced care plans in place. In addition she walked her though the areas of her life that are important to her when she goes an adult care home and leaving her home of 43 years. It was a very difficult discussion and Kelli was a true professional in her care and manner.
Love Kelli. She always listens whether I'm talking nonsense or something real. She cares about her patients and their feelings.
