I think Kelli Lund is great, the first visit we had was wonderful with her, super organized, invested and caring service. I am only rating 4 starts though because our second visit was not very good. This was not due to the service of Kelli Lund, but the office in general. They were short staffed and you could feel the stress in the air. We were there from 1120am-1pm and only saw Kelli for 20 minutes. All other time was waiting which with a toddler is difficult.
