Kelli has been an incredible support to me on my health journey. She has made understanding and making changes to my health feel accessible! She has a huge wealth of knowledge and is up to date on relevant research and knows how and when to apply the findings into personalised treatment plans. She is a key part of my healthcare team and has made a huge impact on improving my health and wellbeing!
Since 2019 i have been trying to lose weight by balancing out protein and carbs obviously this wasn't working for me. After being introduced to kelli we starting making changes to my diet beginning with breakfast ,adding rolled oats and fresh Berry and protein .Next was snacks such as celery and peanut paste, nuts ,and found apple cider vinger helpful for better sugar .kelli has continued to make small changes each session, I can now understand things better ,like fresh fruit instead of tin stuf how it is all the little thi... read more
