Kelli is GREAT! She makes sure all worries are heard and check thoroughly. My child has a CHD and Kelli is the ONLY NP/Doctor in the area I will ever trust her with. Jamie, her nurse on the other hand is VERY unprofessional, rude, passive aggressive, and CONSTANTLY giving the wrong information between diagnosis and referral information. We have had nothing but issues with Jamie since she has started years ago with Kelli. They should've just given Johna the raise, we miss you Johna! You were definitely Kelli's BEST nurse.
Today I had the worst experience in my life with a So called doctor!!!! She bold faced lied to me! She has not been any help to me when I’ve asked for her help! I will NEVER return to this clinic!!! Nothing but pure aweful bedside manner, lack of trust and drama! I need answers!!!! Not BS and drama! Kelly Jepson shouldn’t hold any type of license!
Kelli is amazing, attentive, and does not push you along! The front staff are extremely helpful, have a question and they will do their very best to find an answer, make calls for you at the end of your appointment if need be, fantastic. The nurses are very patient and professional, definitely use their knowledge to drive some questions, just like Kelli does.
