Great experience! Everyone in the office was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.
I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM today, and I drove 1 hour and 20 minutes each way to get to this appointment. After making that drive, I then waited approximately two hours and was ultimately never seen by the doctor. I do want to acknowledge that the front desk staff were very nice and courteous. My frustration is not with them. I was repeatedly told that it would be “about 15 more minutes,” but that continued for hours without me ever being seen.
