I absolutely love this doctor. She listens, takes my concerns seriously, and never makes me feel brushed off or dismissed like I have experienced with other doctors. I truly appreciate the care she provides. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about her MA, Melissa. I have found her bedside manner to be very short and lacking in compassion. Kelli is truly an amazing provider. She's caring and kind, and REALLY listens. She treats her patients with professionalism, yet treats you like a friend at the same time. She is an absolute asset to Tri-Cities's healthcare and we need more providers like her.
Kelly is the provider for my special needs nephew and she does so well with him. She has taken care of him for over 8 years and we are so thankful for her!
