I've used Kelley's for several years to pull my Bullseye sailboat in the Fall and relaunch in the Spring. The service has always been at the appointed hour and the truck driver has been very helpful in de-rigging and re-rigging the boat, even though it is not really part of his job. I might add that he is also a very skillful driver, getting his rig into very tight driveways without damage to any structures.
