The billing department (that is outsourced to what appears to be the Philippines) has no clue and understanding on how and where to send bills to my insurance. I called the Murphy office to see if they could help who related that it's out of their hands.
Mundy is the worst. They say they're medical supply but the 2 items I've needed are not carried by them.
Called about a knee scooter for an upcoming foot surgery and the man I spoke with was very rude. Even had the nerve to call me sir when he hung up. I am a woman not a man !! And of course they didn't have what I need. Would definitely NOT recommend using them for anything
This is the absolute worst company, their machines are old and they constantly are having to come out and replace them but trying to blame me for it ,they know their oxygen concentrate machines are old and worn out ,now they have screwed up the insurance,
