If I could give them a zero star I would. I called for my FIL to get tanks refilled and the lady said someone could possibly be out the same day that I would receive a call. No call and No show. I called back the next day and it just rang with No answer. I called back on Monday with again No answer. My FIL needs this equipment and the lack of service is just unforgivable. Finding another company as soon as I can.
The billing department (that is outsourced to what appears to be the Philippines) has no clue and understanding on how and where to send bills to my insurance. I called the Murphy office to see if they could help who related that it's out of their hands.
Mundy is the worst. They say they're medical supply but the 2 items I've needed are not carried by them.
