Kelleys is now owned by Rotech - do NOT do any business with them! EVER! The girls at the Kelleys old office are very helpful and friendly but the big corporation Rotech has NO idea what they're doing. I was told my insurance payments, that were made for 8 months, were NULL AND VOID because my insurance policy number changed with BCBSofNC. And that I'd have to pay for another year. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHERS OUT THERE!

The address they gave for haywood County is incorrect. They are now located on Latron Avenue in Asheville although their phone number is a haywood country number,their address is a haywood country address, and their sign is still advertised on the marquise in the parking lot.

Very pitiful my stepfather can't go to his doc appts because this company can't get it together to get him "light" portable oxygen. All of is in the family CANNOT pick up these heavy tanks and put them in and out of the car!!! NO HELP WAS OFFERED, BUT FOR "ME" TO DO ALL THE WORK! MOVING TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY. YOU SHOULD TOO!!!

Truly wonderful people. They did not have what I wanted but they did have a variety of other items that could be very useful to people and they were kind enough to instruct me as to where I could get what I needed.
